Cremation Keepsake Jewellery Warranty

We are committed to providing beautiful, personalized keepsakes. Our keepsakes are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.  Within the respective warranty periods, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost to the customer. The warranty does not cover pieces that are discoloured due to environmental factors, allergic reactions or worn in water, pieces that have been abused or neglected by the customer. Cremation jewellery are permanently sealed and the warranty will not cover damage or breakage due to the customer attempting to open the sealed item.  Outside of the first year, repairs to damage or worn pieces will be quoted based on standard jewelry repair costs.
